Step By Step Manufacturing Process

This is how WaxPapersHub.CA manufactures custom hot papers when we receive an order from you at our factory in Ontario, Canada.

1. The manufacturing begins with an extraction of fibers from wood to make pulp.
2. Then the pulp is put on a screen so that the water drains out. Once the water drains out it forms a sheet.
3. After that the sheets are pressed between rollers to completely squeeze out the water. Then the silicone and clay coating is applied on the paper at high temperature (up to about 200°C or 392°F). This coating makes it grease resistant.
4. Once the coating is done then the paper is printed using food safe inks. Sometimes the extra layer of varnish or UV coating is applied.
5. After that the paper is cut at your desired size and goes to our quality assurance team. Once they check it, it will go through shipping personnel and then ship it to your doorstep.
