Return Policy

At Wax Papers Hub CA, we work hard to give you great products and friendly service. We accept returns for both broken (defective) and not broken (non-defective) items, and we always try to handle them in a fair and clear way.

If you get a defective item, please tell us within 2 business days of getting it so we can fix the problem quickly. To get a reprint, you need to mail the order back to us within 10 days after you receive it. Once we get and check your returned item, we will start the reprint. For large (bulk) orders, this usually takes about 10 business days. If you need it faster, we can do an urgent reprint for an extra cost.

If your product is not defective, you can still return it within 10 days after delivery, but it must be in the same condition you got it in, unused, and in the original packaging. For non-defective items, the cost of reprinting or replacing will be paid by you.

Refund Policy

For returned items, Wax Papers Hub gives partial refunds of the product price. Because our products are custom-made and we only start making them after you approve, we keep 99% of the product price. This means we do not give full refunds or pay compensation for any orders after delivery.

To start a return or report a problem, email us at sales@waxpapershub.ca within the time limits mentioned. Include your order number and clearly explain the issue. Our team will help you with the return steps. Refunds are usually done within 3 business days after we receive and check the returned item.
