Users may create an account on Wax Papers Hub by registering with their email address and setting a password.

Without Sign Up
Customers can also place orders without creating an account. Our checkout process does not require account registration, allowing you to proceed directly with your purchase.

Order Process

Direct Order Placement
Customers can select the available sizes, specifications, and features listed on the product page and complete their order through a secure checkout using approved payment methods.

Order Using Quote Form
For customized orders, customers can submit complete requirements through the quote form available below the order section. Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm order details such as artwork specifications, dimensions, and material requirements.

After finalizing the order details, our packaging team will issue an invoice through our website. This invoice will include complete order information along with a secure payment link, allowing you to complete payment using your preferred method.

Payment Methods

All payment options offered by Wax Papers Hub are secure, and payments are processed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Once payment is successfully received through an approved payment channel, production of your order begins immediately. Customers are advised to submit all required information and documents in soft copy to ensure accurate manufacturing and timely delivery.

Printing Process

Design Selection

Customers may choose from available design templates on the website or request assistance from our packaging team. For fully customized designs, customers can upload their own artwork in PSD format.

Design Approval

Before printing begins, we provide 2D mock-ups for customer approval. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design details before approving. Once approval is received, the design is immediately forwarded to the printing department, and production starts without delay.

Color Variations in Printed Design

Due to printing processes, ink behavior, and material limitations, slight color differences may occur in the final printed product. By approving the design and placing an order with Wax Papers Hub, customers acknowledge that the company is not responsible for any color variations.

Wax Papers Hub does not offer reprints or replacements for color variations caused by production limitations, artwork quality, file format issues, or design constraints submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellation

After an order is placed, there is a 4-hour holding period before production begins. During this time, customers may submit a cancellation request. If a cancellation is requested after 4 hours, a 20% deduction from the total order amount will apply due to adjustments made to the standard production workflow.

Once the order has been delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In case of unexpected delays caused by factors beyond our control, Wax Papers Hub cannot be held responsible. This includes delivery delays resulting from courier services, weather conditions, or other external circumstances.

Any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours of order placement — whether due to delivery delays or any other reason — will result in a 50% deduction from the total amount paid. This is because the order enters active production immediately after customer approval, utilizing our design, printing, and manufacturing resources.

Overruns and Underruns

While we aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered, minor variations may occur during production. Customers are advised to order an additional 10% quantity to avoid inconvenience, as a variation of up to 5% overrun or underrun is possible.

Policy Regarding Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

At Wax Papers Hub, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and handle each request in a fair and transparent manner.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery so we can promptly review the issue. To be eligible for a reprint, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the reprinting process will begin. For bulk orders, reprints typically take up to 10 business days. Expedited reprints can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

For non-defective products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note that any replacements or reprints for non-defective items will be completed at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy

Wax Papers Hub offers partial refunds on returned items. Due to the custom nature of our products and the fact that production begins only after client approval, 99% of the product cost is retained. As a result, full refunds or compensation are not provided once an order has been delivered.

To request a return or report an issue, please contact our customer support team at sales@waxpapershub.ca within the applicable timeframe. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

No Liability for Errors

Wax Papers Hub shares final artwork with customers for approval before printing. Once the design is approved, we are not responsible for any errors, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling, grammatical, or font-related mistakes
  • Punctuation or graphic placement issues
  • Cracking or print defects
  • Overprinting concerns
  • Color inconsistencies
  • Size variations in the final product

By approving the design, the customer accepts full responsibility for all approved content.

User Conduct

All customer data shared on our website is protected through SSL encryption. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to provide accurate personal information required for order processing. Users are not permitted to claim ownership or copyright over any content published on this website.

You are responsible for ensuring that any material shared or submitted does not contain inaccurate, offensive, obscene, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Wax Papers Hub does not control or monitor user-submitted content and therefore cannot be held liable for any misleading or objectionable material encountered on the website. If you come across such content, you may report it to the appropriate authorities for further action.

Printing and Material

Wax Papers Hub reserves the right to use printing methods deemed suitable for fulfilling your order. Customers must clearly specify their preferred material during the order placement process. If food-grade material is required, it must be explicitly mentioned, as food-safe materials are not used by default.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

After an order is placed, we provide an estimated delivery timeline. Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days. For bulk or large-quantity orders, production and delivery timelines may be extended depending on order size and specifications.

Shipping Cost

All orders shipped within the Canda and the USA qualify for free shipping, with no additional or hidden charges beyond the final invoice amount.

For shipments outside the Canada and the USA, additional shipping fees and applicable customs duties may apply. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges associated with international deliveries.

Wax Papers Hub makes every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe; however, delays caused by weather conditions, technical issues, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.
