Detailed Order Process 

Account Creation

Sign Up With Email 

The user can register onto the website with a unique email and password in order to access certain features such as user profile, order history and more.

Without Sign Up 

Wax Papers Hub provides ease for users to place an order without signing up on the website or requiring any registration. Users can simply select the product they need, proceed to the checkout page, fill in the necessary details, and choose a suitable payment method.

Order Placement At Wax Papers Hub Canada 

  1. Direct Order Placement.

Once the predefined dimensions and features on the product page are selected, and the necessary details on the checkout page are filled in, along with payment confirmation, the order is placed.

  1. Order Placement Using Quote Form. 

In the quote form (just below the order form), fill in the complete details of your customized order. Once you’ve filled out your quote form, we will email or call you to verify what should be ordered for your item (Artwork details, sheet dimensions and sheet material, etc.)

We will invoice you through our website if you inform our packaging team about your order specifications. You will see your order details on the invoice, along with the link to the secured payment gateways to pay the order amount using one of the handy payment options you prefer. 

Payment Methods

Payments are made in USD or otherwise specified, and we offer all of the payment methods we can, which are secure. When your order is placed, we proceed to work on the order as soon as the money is received via an allowed payment channel. In soft copy, it is recommended that you fill out all the paperwork required for your product to be manufactured error-free and delivered.

Printing Process 

Design Selection

We have both design templates available on the website and the option to submit your already-done artwork. Customers can submit their artwork in a PSD file for personalized designs.

Design Approval

Finally, we get approval from our customers to print the design using 2D mockups and then initiate the whole printing process. Before approving the design suggested by our packaging team, customers must go through every design detail. Once we have approval on the design from our customers, our team immediately starts sending it to the printing department, triggering printing as soon as it is sent. 

Color Variations in Printed Design

The colors of the final artwork can change depending on how the printing process works and the inks used in the printing process. However, by placing an order and approving the design in the hands of Wax Papers Hub, you consent to the fact that the company isn’t loyal to color colouration. 

We will not reprint the work or even refund the money in case of color variation in the product due to process limitation, limitation of the design submitted or limitation of the format of the design file (PSD). 

Order Cancellation

Four hours after the order is placed, the order process begins. During these hours, customers can send order cancellation requests. Because of modifications or changes in the normal order process, the 20% will be deducted after 4 hours from the total amount of the order. 

 

After products are delivered, order cancellation is not possible. Wax Papers Hub cannot be liable for any unforeseen incident leading to a delay in your order delivery. It includes delays that are outside the company’s control. 

 

For this reason, if customers register order cancellation requests after 24 hours due to delays in delivery or any other reason, they will have an amount of 50% of the total amount paid by the customers deducted. Further, as we process the order only when the customer approves it, utilizing our printing resources, designing, and manufacturing resources begins immediately after the order process starts. 

Overruns and Underruns

Although we do our best to meet the number of products the customers require, we recommend you order 10% more of the required number as the product might have a 5% over/under run.

Policy Regarding Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Within 7 business days after the order has been shipped to the customer-provided shipping address, the customer can request a reprint of any printing or manufacturing defect found. After this time limit is done over then Wax Papers Hub will not respond to any such requests for reprint or returns. Further, upon receiving the requests for reprints, our team of packaging consultants shall study the reasons for a defect in the order days after the delivery of their order at the shipping address provided. Once this time limit is exceeded, Wax Papers Hub will not entertain requests for reprint or returns. 

 

Moreover,  requests for reprints will be made by our packaging consultants, who will investigate the possible reasons for the defect in the order. We will not offer any reprint if defects occur due to customer-site negligence. 

Refund Policy

Wax Papers Hub will not refund you after the order is delivered. We don’t get approval from the client till we start the entire ordering delivery process. We, therefore, make and send each order once we are certain of all the details from the clients; therefore, the company is not responsible for any type of compensation on the orders. 

No Liability For Errors 

The design goes to its customers for final approval, and while they use the design as a template, they may want to tweak it and improve it. Hence, we are not responsible for the following errors after getting approval for the design from the customer:

  • Spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, types of fonts
  • Errors in the punctuation or graphics
  • Any type of cracking
  • Overprinting
  • Variation in colors
  • Variations in the final finished product size

User Conduct

SSL certification has been used in our portal to secure all user data on our website. When using our website, users give you consent for your personal information to be used by us to place your order. Further, you cannot claim to copyright the data we supply on our website. And lastly, you are also required not to spread inaccurate, lewd, objectionable, or inappropriate content in any way.

Since we don’t control the content users post on our site, we can’t be blamed when you see any objectionable or seeming deceptive content there. But you’re also permitted to complain to the correct authorities about the offensive material you find online, and they’ll do what they need to.

Moreover, placing an order on our website means that you are of legal age and have the right to take care of yourself in court. By using this website, you also accept our company„ ‘s privacy policy.

Indemnity

By placing your order at Wax Papers Hub, you are agreeing to indemnify and defend our company and the related parties against all the claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising due to:

We can print your order in any form that we see appropriate. In the first stage of placing the order, you need to inform us about the material you wish. We do not use food-grade material by default; you must mention if you do.

Turnout Time & Delivery

Once we receive the order, we will tell you how long it will take to deliver the product. Ideally, our routine turnaround time is between 8 and 10 business days. For bulk orders, however, it may take longer depending on the order size (usually 10 to 15 days). 

For emergencies, the turnaround time is between 6 to 8 days, and the order’s price is additionally charged. 

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping in all the locations of Canada. Once the price is listed on the invoice and all charges mentioned there are no hidden charges the shipping cost and tax charges are already included in the final price given to the customer.

In addition to shipping fees, you might be required to pay customs tax for the locations outside Canada. The customers are responsible for customs clearance of the order.

Wax Papers Hub always tries to fulfill the order in the given period; however, in case of any delay due to the weather, technical, and logistics Wax Papers Hub is not liable.
